These machinists work for you, carefully programming prints and performing parts inspection during production to ensure consistent quality. OUR MATERIAL STOCK
IDA is also a manufacturer and distributor of quality linear motion and power transmission parts. As a standard, IDA Motion stocks linear shafting - also known as bearing rod, bearing shafting, round shaft / round rod, precision ground polished and hardened steel rod, RC 60 steel bearing shafting.
Stocked 1060 steel and 440C stainless steel, IDA case-hardened linear bearing shafting can be machined with standard options such as pre-drilled holes, end tapped holes or end threads. But IDA does custom machining on this precision bearing shafting to include: slots, keyways, grooves and more!
